We are seeking UD students who are enthusiastic, passionate, and well-rounded. As a BHA/DEL, you will have the opportunity to share your personal experiences, stories, and knowledge with prospective students, families, and other guests. BHA/DELs play an integral role in the visit experience within the Office of Admissions, and are a core part of the university’s recruitment process.
BHA/DELs are required to be in good academic standing, passionate about UD, and must exhibit strong interpersonal skills. This is an on-campus paid position, with a starting hourly rate of $10.50 per hour. BHA/DELs are expected to give tours throughout the week during the Universities two summer sessions (schedules will be made to fit your internship, research, or class commitments).
