We love what we do, and we love to share that passion with others – especially young people who may have never heard of engineering before!

We partner with local Girl Scout troops, schools and camp programs to sponsor Engineering Outreach events. (If you’re a youth educator/leader and are interested in working with our members to give your students a chance to learn about engineering, please contact our Outreach Chair(s)).

During E-Week in the past, we have co-sponsored “Engineering 101” with AOE and hosted an “Engineering Mini-College” program for 1st through 5th grade girls. We have worked with the Girl Scouts in Hockessin, DE to teach programs on ‘3D Design’ and ‘Catapults & Trebuchets!’ Upcoming events will be discussed at our Meetings.
