Navya Jagarlamudi, President
  • Major: Chemical Engineering
  • Graduation Year: 2020
  • Fun Fact: I broke a Guinness World Record for being part of a dance performance with the most amount of people in sync!
  • What I Love About SWE: I love SWE because you get to meet people who are going through similar experiences in college, and it’s a great way to learn more about the engineering field both at UD and outside of UD!
Mary Lemma, Vice President

  • Fun Fact: I am also in Blue Hen Belly Dance!
  • What I Love About SWE: I love SWE because everyone here is so friendly and full of great advice!
Mishell Sanchez, Treasurer

  • Fun Fact: I’m a lifeguard at the beach in the summer!

Anna Schaal, Secretary

  • What I Love About SWESWE has provided me with the opportunity to meet other amazing women in similar situations as me.  Furthermore, it has helped me explore outside of my social, educational, and professional shell.
Allie Wright, Conference Co-Chair

  • Fun Fact: I studied abroad in Spain in my sophomore year during winter session!
  • What I Love About SWE: I love having the opportunity to work with girls in other engineering disciplines that I would not have met otherwise!  I also like to learn about what other UD SWE alumni are doing after they graduate!

  • Fun Fact: I traveled to Iceland last summer with the Green Program to learn more about sustainable energy!
  • What I Love About SWE: I love everything I’ve learned about networking and industry within the engineering field from SWE!  I love coming to meetings and bonding with like-minded women who all share the struggles of majoring in an engineering discipline.
Rachael Rosengrant, Fundraising Chair
