GRADUATION GOWNS
NOTICE: The 2024 graduation gown program has closed as all available gowns have been given away.
In 2023, the Office of Sustainability in partnership with the UD Bookstore, Student Government Association, and the Office of Student Diversity & Inclusion, began an initiative to collect unwanted graduation gowns after commencement. All collected gowns are cleaned and reused for future Blue Hens in financial need while keeping unwanted gowns out of the landfill!
Be on the look out for boxes or collection tent to donate your gowns after graduation. Congratulations on graduating and thank you for being a sustainability leader to help future Blue Hens!
