Q: What is the best way for me to share my session presentation at NERIC?
A: You can bring a USB Drive with your powerpoint file and use our computer. You can also bring your own computer with an HDMI port and present this way. Additionally, presentations can be stored on the Google Drive and accessed on our computer or yours.
Q: What if I cannot bring my computer or use a USB Drive?
A: We can load your presentation onto a NERIC computer. Please send us the power point file no later than August 11th.
Q: Does my presentation need to use a template?
A: No, please use the template and format that works best for you and your presentation.
Q: How do I check-in for NERIC?
A: Please come to the registration desk in the lobby of the ChaseCenter when you arrive. Registration begins Wednesday, August 16th at 3pm. You will pick up name tags and materials here before we kick off NERIC2023!
Q: How do I know where I am speaking?
A: Your room assignment will be found on the meeting schedule page. Rooms will be added and kept up-to-date here.
Q: How early should I report to my session location?
A: If you can, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session to ensure time to set up technology.
