| Q: How can I get to Wilmington DE? |
| A: Wilmington DE is just a 30-minute ride from the Philadelphia International Airport. Wilmington is also home to an Amtrak station that is just a 5-minute drive/ride share or a 20-minute walk! |
| Q: Is NERIC happening in-person or virtually? |
| A: NERIC is happening in-person only this year. We look forward to seeing everyone in Wilmington, DE this summer! |
| Q: When does registration for NERIC 2023 open/close? |
| A: You can register for NERIC 2023 starting NOW and ending July 28th at https://udapps.nss.udel.edu/casforms/neric/index.jsp. |
| Q: What is included in the price of registration? |
| A: General and student participation includes all meals served at the conference along with attendance at all programming, poster sessions, and other conference activities. Meals provided with registration include: Poster reception with hors d’oeuvres Wednesday evening Breakfast and lunch on Thursday Poster reception with hors d’oeuvres Thursday evening Breakfast and lunch on Friday Various snack breaks throughout the conference |
| Q: What methods of payment are accepted and can I register more than one person at a time? |
| A: We accept credit card payments and online checks. Up to 10 General and 10 Student Registrations can be purchased at one time. |
| Q: What hotel accommodations are available during NERIC2023? |
| A: We are excited to offer 3 hotel options, all within walking distance of the conference center. To see the options visit: https://sites.udel.edu/neric-2023/hotels/ We also have a limited number of rooms available at the Hyatt Place Wilmington Riverfront on August 15th if an extra travel night is needed. |
| Q: Can I submit a poster for NERIC2023? |
| A: There will be two poster session receptions during the conference. Poster Session #1 will take place on Wednesday, August 16th from 4:00-6:00. Poster Session #2 will take place on Thursday, August 18th from 4:30-6:00. | Q: Is there a dress code at NERIC2023? |
| A: Yes, we ask that all of the attendees wear business casual attire to all NERIC events. |
