Ask IT Service Desk in Smith Hall

In-person support is available at the Ask IT Service Desk in the lower level of Smith Hall (view on map).

You can also call (302) 831-6000, email askit@udel.edu, or submit a help request for technical support.

Please enter the building through the northwest entrance facing Main Street across from 140 Smith.

The computing site and the scanning and printing services desk are located on the lower level. Enter using the atrium staircase. Rooms 002, 004, 006, 040.

Summer Hours: May 27 – August 22

Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Closed June 19, July 4.

Fall Hours: August 25 – December 15

Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Closed September 1 (Labor Day). Modified hours November 24 & 25: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Closed November 26 – 30 (Thanksgiving break).

Smith Hall Computing Site

Operating on the same hours as our Ask IT Service Desk, the computing site in Smith Hall offers computers with class software, docking stations for your devices, and space to collaborate or hang out between classes. It is also a printer location for printing through PaperCut. Learn more about Remote Labs to access class software anywhere on campus.
