What to Expect:
- Mentorship: Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor to guide them throughout their experience.
- Hands-On Learning: Participate actively in one or more departments, gaining real-world experience.
- Industry Exposure: Attend Cultivate, the leading industry trade show, and take part in sponsored outings throughout the summer.
- Key Projects: Present a major project to Ball’s Executive Committee and management teams at the end of the internship.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 10-12 weeks during the summer months (flexible start/end dates).
- Hours: Interns work a minimum of 40 hours/week, with some overtime during peak periods.
- Final Presentation: Culminates mid-August with a presentation to Ball’s leadership.
