Bennett Orchards is hiring!
We are a sixth generation family-run peach and blueberry orchard in Frankford, Delaware, located just 7 miles from Bethany Beach. We are looking for paid summer employees/ paid interns interested in working with agriculture, pick your own and farmers markets along the Delmarva Coast which also provide great insight into the grass roots running of a business, operations and agriculture.
We are flexible and anyone interested/ majoring in agriculture, agribusiness, business, economics, entrepreneurship, marketing, management, operations management and statistics would be great candidates and gain valuable experience in these fields. If your major or area of expertise falls outside of these we still have opportunities available.
All positions would be flexible paid internships starting at $18/hr and would be from the middle of June until the end of August. A great way to spend summer at the beach while earning income and gaining valuable business/ agricultural experience from a sixth generation Delaware Family Farm growing the sweetest peaches and blueberries.
