Salt Pond Golf Club is a Semi Private Executive 18-hole course located in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Located in Coastal Delaware, 1 mile from the Atlantic Ocean, we are a very busy golfing community in-season.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on technical training on the golf course with an emphasis on the important things such as irrigation installation and repair, spraying of fertilizers and pesticides, and working with others in a team setting.
The Assistant-in-Training must have the ability to perform or take part in all duties pertinent to Golf Course Management including; team leadership, IPM program implementation, diversified water management, and daily course set-up. Salt Pond GC can provide you with the ability and experience to work at a high traffic facility.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Any stage of College Education is acceptable
- Experience is Preferred
- Flexible Schedule is a must
