Who are we?
Wonder Meats Inc. is a family owned and operated manufacturer of quality meat products, located in Carlstadt, NJ with additional locations in Wilmington, DE and Harleysville, PA. With a third generation of family joining the company in 2018, Wonder has begun to make waves in the industry—closing on 5 acquisitions in the last 2.5 years and expanding to 4 fully operational USDA facilities.
With a young, energized team, Wonder and B&M are looking to continue to innovate in the meat processing space. Plans for new product lines and additional processing capabilities are already in the works! Although we have a legacy that dates back to 1971, we operate with the dynamism of a startup. Our growing team is constantly developing new ways to bring our customers the highest quality products and excellent service.
Our Internship Program
We are thrilled to be launching our company’s first internship program this summer, running from May 30, 2023 – August 4, 2023, and offering a variety of disciplines from Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, HR, IT and Quality Assurance. Our program is built with the student in mind – Offering competitive pay, career growth with hands-on experience opportunities and professional guidance including an assigned mentor and regular performance evaluations & feedback sessions. We are seeking the best of your students – those who are passionate, motivated, hungry and ready to roll up their sleeves alongside our experienced team! These roles are full-time, 40 hours per week, in-person at our Carlstadt, NJ and Wilmington, DE offices. Interns will be expected to have reliable transportation to get to and from work each day at their applicable location.
It is our goal, that every intern we bring onto the team, will lead to a full-time offer at the end of the summer. Students who have or will graduate between 2021-2023 are ideal for this program. A comprehensive overview of our program can be viewed in the attachment.
