Enhanced endpoint protection is being rolled out by IT Professionals within each unit and department at UD in partnership with UD Information Technologies. If you had Cylance previously, it has been replaced with the new Crowdstrike Falcon product, which significantly enhances security protections. Deployment to all laptops and desktops is currently underway and the rollout is being managed by your IT Professional. UD-managed devices will automatically have CrowdStrike installed. Be on the lookout for information from your IT Professional about how to install CrowdStrike on your device. After installation, you will not need to open a security application or change settings for protection. Crowdstrike Falcon works in the background without interfering with your computing tasks.
