Booksh and Rozovsky

Drs. Karl Booksh and Sharon Rozovsky have been co-organizing the Research Experience and Leadership Opportunities Program for Undergraduates with Disabilities program for 6 years.

Dr. Booksh is an analytical professor at the University of Delaware whose research interest is the development of in-situ chemical sensors for environmental, biomedical, and industrial process monitoring. He has been actively promoting the participation of person with disabilities in STEM since joining the faculty at Arizona State University. He is the previous chair of the American Chemical Society Committee on Chemists with Disabilities.

Dr. Rozovsky is a biochemistry professor at the University of Delaware whose research interests are enzymes that orchestrates the response to oxidative stress – an imbalance between cellular oxidants and antioxidants. She is a member of the American Chemical Society Committee on Chemists with Disabilities.
