2011 Coauthored the Surface Transportation Policy for the Government Relations Committee of the Michigan Association of Planning
2010-2011 Coordinated the City of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Neighborhood Planning Project. Students engaged the City of Ypsilanti’s Midtown and Riverside neighborhoods in a neighborhood planning project. Students worked with about 60 members of the Ypsilanti community to evaluate the Riverside and Midtown neighborhoods and develop recommendations for the long term sustainability of these two neighborhoods.
2008-present Created an Internship Partnership for the Urban and Regional Planning Program with 15 Michigan local governments. This resulted in the creation of 12 internship positions for students.
