Thesis Topic/Title: Developing a Kinetic Model for High Pressure Cracking of Light Hydrocarbons
Thesis Description: Zeolites are an important class of materials utilized in industry, mainly for catalysis and adsorption. The current goal of my project is to choose a zeolite catalyst best suited for the high pressure cracking of light hydrocarbons and then experimentally determine the rate constants for the various reactions involved.
