On the evening of Friday, May 17, 2019, well-dressed graduate students, faculty and guests gathered at the annual MBA Student Association (MBASA) Banquet and Recognition Dinner to celebrate the achievements of the 2018-2019 academic year. It was an evening to recognize students at the Lerner College of Business and Economics for academic milestones and extra achievements, as well as honoring the MBASA executive board members with awards and recognition. The event highlighted the magnificent spirit and accomplishments of MBASA and honored the achievements and impressive contributions made throughout the year.
The banquet commenced with 60 minutes of cocktails and socializing after which the attendees enjoyed a delicious meal. Upon welcoming everyone to the banquet, Dean Bruce Weber spoke about the success of MBASA and recognized the hard work of the Lerner graduate students and the MBASA executive board members. The evening continued with the unveiling of the new executive board members. At the banquet, guests engaged in a networking reception and celebrated the honorees and graduating students during dinner. The recognition of faculty and staff members was another highlight of the evening. Many thanks to members of MBASA for organizing and managing another memorable banquet.
