There is currently an issue with UD Capture Space and Canvas video platform (Kaltura). Users may experience problems with loading My Media and Media Gallery, uploading, embedding, and playing videos, as well as delays in automatic closed captioning. Additionally, Zoom cloud recordings may not be uploaded to My Media automatically. You can still manually upload missing Zoom recordings.
