COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVE

​The Partnership for Healthy Communities (PHC) is one of five partnerships of the Community Engagement Initiative (CEI). 

The Community Engagement Initiative (CEI) was launched in 2015, when the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching designated UD as a community engaged university.  CEI is charged with prime responsibility for carrying out the University of Delaware Civic Action Plan, the University’s strategic vision for community engagement.
