UD Information Technologies (UDIT) is working to address the eduroam Wi-Fi connectivity issues that many people have experienced lately. You need to take action this week to stay connected to eduroam Wi-Fi.
How to stay connected: To stay connected to eduroam, do the following for ALL of your wireless, eduroam-connected devices:
- In the settings on your device, “forget” eduroam Wi-Fi or eduroam profile
- Re-enroll your device through the Get Started at UD Wi-Fi network
Review the reconnection steps for your specific device.
If you do not complete these steps, your device will lose access to eduroam at 6:30 AM on Monday, October 21st. To regain access, you will need to complete these steps.
We can help!
We realize people might need help. Throughout this process, UDIT will provide pop-up help centers across campus. Bring your eduroam-connected devices to one of the help centers and let our staff refresh your eduroam connection.
Here are the times and places for our pop-up help centers.
As always, you can get technical support by requesting help at our service portal, contacting (302) 831-6000, or emailing AskIT@udel.edu. You can also get-in person assistance at our Smith Hall computing site service desk in the lower level of Smith Hall (see location and hours).
Don’t wait … take the steps to stay connected today!
