Reasonable round-trip travel and lodging costs will be reimbursed for all mentors and mentees. All travel itinerary must be pre-approved and itemized receipts and proof of payment are required for air, train, bus, and car travel.

COVID-19 Guidance

The University of Delaware campus is open to visitors, including vendors and guests, and all are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated before coming to campus. Campus visitors are required to follow UD’s health protocols. Anyone who hosts or sponsors a guest is responsible for sharing UD policies and ensuring that they are followed.

The University will continue to re-evaluate its event attendance policy in consultation with public health guidance.
