Subject: Biotechnology Career Panel Planning Meeting
• We received RSVPs from 3/4 speakers for the career panel
• Catering will be from Casa Pasta in Newark, DE.
• BiSA coffee mugs have been ordered
• We need to replenish refreshments for BiSA coffee hour
• The general outline of the Career Panel:
- Each panelist may present for 10-15 mins
- Q&A with predetermined questions
• Tasks for next week:
- Determine speaker fees
- Contact someone for room set up
- Contact Dr. Hoober to borrow CBCB table cloth
- Create list of questions
- Send out posters and begin advertising when all speakers are confirmed
