This week on Campus Voices, we discussed the University’s new initiative to involve students in football games: The Barn. The Barn is a place for students to tailgate before home football games with food, friends, music, and beer. Steve Kramarck talks to the Dean of Students about the first year of The Barn, its goals and how the idea came to be reality.

About Our Guests
Adam Cantley serves as Interim Dean of Students at the University of Delaware. This is his eighth year on campus and he has spent the past five with the Office of the Dean of Students. Prior to that, Adam spent three years working with the fraternity and sorority community on campus. Adam has degrees from West Virginia University and Oklahoma State University. He is in the process of becoming a Blue Hen as a part time doctoral student.
Hannah Sirdofsky has been the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Engagement at the University of Delaware since 2016. Prior to that, she worked at the University of Michigan Athletic Department for five years. She earned her BA at Michigan and also holds a Master’s in Sports Management from Georgetown University.
Madisyn Steinberg is an junior marketing major with minors in interactive media and event management. Outside of the classroom she is the Band Manager for the UD Marching Band and a Social Media Ambassador for the University (@BlueHenMadisyn). As a Delaware Innovation Fellow, she is working to increase student engagement and reinvigorate the spirit of the UD community.
