I am Behdad , a fifth year Ph.D. candidate at the Information and Decision Science Laboratory at the University of Delaware under the supervision of Professor. Andreas Malikopoulos.
My research focuses on planning and control of connected and automated vehicles to improve traffic throughput, congestion, and passenger safety. Namely for my dissertation, I am developing online decentralized control algorithms for coordination of connected and automated vehicles in different traffic scenarios in presence of uncertainty. My passion is to provide novel and optimal frameworks for connected and automated vehicles by using my knowledge from statistics, machine learning, and control. You can access my research statement here.
My website has a page for my CV and a page for my publications. If you are interested to know more about my projects, feel free to check here. My contact information can be found in this page. You can also learn more about our lab here.
