Oral Presentations

Oral presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes in length; 12 minutes for presentation with 3 minutes for questions. The projector will be able to handle 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios. Instructions on where to upload your PowerPoint or PDF file will be sent later in July. We do not plan on allowing presenters to use their own computer to run presentations.

Uploading oral presentations – Please upload your slidedeck for oral presentations before the conference using the dropbox service here https://dropbox.udel.edu/. Please click on the “Drop-off” button and then use email address (jbuler@udel.edu) as the recipient email. You can use this dropbox service to upload files at any time. Since this will be a hybrid meeting, we will be using a single Windows-based laptop connected to the virtual meeting to present from. Therefore, we need your presentations uploaded a day beforehand. Please plan accordingly! 

Posters

The poster easels can accommodate posters that are 36 inches wide by 48 inches tall; smaller posters are welcome. Posters can be square or rectangular (vertical or horizontal) as long as they fit within those dimensions.
