Be a LEADelaware Sponsor

LEADelaware is requesting sponsorship to help support the leadership education seminars and activities for Class III.   Class III will begin in September 2012 and continue through early spring of 2014. During the two-year training program, fellows will participate in teamwork and leadership-capacity building exercises. They will be provided opportunities to practice these skills and will visit local and regional agribusinesses, and meet with policy makers that affect the agriculture industry. In the second year, the LEADelaware class will plan an international trip to experience diverse agricultural practices, thus broadening their perspectives. The first and second classes visited Chile and Peru, respectively.

The cost for a Fellow is $2,000.  Sponsors may want to make a contribution to fully or partially fund a Fellow.

 The sponsorship levels are outlined as follows:

Blue & Gold – Meeting Room expense for a seminar

Ladybug – Meal or contributions for costs while on ag related tour (Transportation, speaker, materials)

Peach Blossom – $500

American Holly – $1,000

Blue Hen – $1,500 or more

All sponsors will have their name/business name listed on the LEADelaware website – http://sites.udel.edu/leadelaware/    Sponsor’s names will also be printed on seminar agendas and printed material as appropriate.  Sponsors may be invited to selected seminars and events as well.
