In Delaware, we continue to be a member of a multi-state/multi-regional team focusing on monitoring and management strategies for BMSB, especially in vegetables. It has recently been reported that the Asian wasp, Trissolcus japonicas, has been found in the wild in the United States. The wasp, native to the regions of Asia where the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB) originates, is known to attack the eggs of BMSB and possibly other stink bugs.
