Once again Delaware and Maryland will be participating in the CDMipmPIPE program, which monitors cucumber downy mildew (CDM) throughout the United States. We will have sentinel plots in both states to help detect CDM arrival and the type of CDM present. Growers and scouts are also encouraged to submit any potential CDM to the diagnostic clinic. The CDMipmPIPE website allows you to enroll in alerts if the pathogen is detected within or around a location of interest. Make sure you enroll in these updates for the 2014 growing season.
