Spotted Wing Drosophila (SWD)
The first flies are being caught in traps in Central MD as well as other areas in the region. As a reminder, this pest was confirmed in Delaware in 2011 so be sure to consider this pest when making treatment decisions in small fruit, grapes and stone fruit.
