UD Weed Science Field Day is scheduled for Wednesday, June 25 at the University of Delaware Carvel Research and Education Center, 16483 County Seat Highway, Georgetown, DE from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Event will include
- herbicide evaluations in corn, soybeans, and vegetables
- integrated weed management trials, focusing on cereal rye for weed suppression
- interaction of cereal rye cover and herbicide deposition in soybeans
- crop safety evaluation from herbicide treatments

Following the field day, Valent is sponsoring lunch for all attendees in the Grove at the Carvel Center.
Valent will be hosting a separate event immediately following lunch at the Carvel Center. This is open to all as well. Valent will be discussing their herbicides for corn and soybeans and will discuss their nematicides for soybeans.
