Garlic Production Fact Sheet
University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, North Carolina State Cooperative Extension, University of Tennessee Cooperative Extension, and the University of Kentucky Center for Crop Diversification have come together to provide a fact sheet on garlic and elephant garlic production. Garlic can be a financially rewarding crop to add to a diversified direct to consumer vegetable operation.
