This year is the year to reign in production expenses. Commodity prices have experienced a sharp decline relative to input prices. Using enterprise budgets is an absolute must in a season such as this. To help assist in developing enterprise budgets, a fact sheet titled Creating and Using Enterprise Budgets has been developed. The fact sheet is also listed on the Farm Management section of the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension website.
