Frank joined the lab in August 2020 after graduating from Hofstra University. He is pursuing a Ph.D. studying vortex dynamics in wall-bounded flows.
David Yudin
Graduate (Ph.D.)
David joined the lab in August 2020 after graduating from the University of Delaware. He is pursuing a Ph.D. studying actively flexible bioinspired propulsors.
Parker Grobe
Graduate (Ph.D.)
Parker joined the lab in January 2023, an alumn of UD. He is pursuing a Ph.D. studying bioinspired foil shapes and fin-fin interactions.
Dr. Tony Liang
Postdoctoral
A Ph.D. graduate of UD. Tony leads the NASA turbulence sediment transport project and also studies high speed flows using CFD.
Chinoye Agadi

Chinoye joined the lab as a rotations student in Fall 2024, an alumni Nigeria Maritime University. She is pursuing a Ph.D. and exploring her research options.
Sam Meyer

Sam joined the lab in 2024, an alumn of Temple University. He is pursuing a Ph.D. studying the role of biomorphology in animal swimming.

Pioneered the fluids experiment design for the NASA ISS turbulence project.

Specializes in hands-on fabrication and mechanical assembly. Assists with carbon fiber design/layup procedures for underwater vehicles.

The comp-sci specialist of the team. Codes our NASA ISS-bound experiment and leads the GUI development for underwater platforms.
