The webinar is designed for students, teachers, faculty and other student mentors interested in issues and careers in agricultural and food law and is part of the NALC Ag & Food Law Bridges Initiative (here).
Deputy Secretary Torres Small will discuss her background, path to and through law school, how her being an attorney factors into the various unique positions she has held and offer career and professional advice. Among her many accomplishments, Deputy Secretary Torres Small is an attorney, former member of Congress, and former USDA Undersecretary for Rural Development.
