American Association of Candy Technologists John Kitt Memorial Scholarship 2025/2026
The AACT is proud to announce its John Kitt Memorial Scholarship Program for the 2025/2026 academic year. The scholarship award is $2,500 total.
To qualify for this nonrenewing scholarship award, the student must meet the following criteria:
- College sophomore, junior or senior status in2025/2026.
- Attends an accredited, four-year college or university within North America.
- Majoring in a food science, chemical science, biological science or related area.
- Achieve a 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA (or equivalenton another scale) and have a demonstrated interest in confectionery technology.
- Your interest in confectionery technology can include many activities including but not limited to research projects, work experience and formal study.
Interested students are encouraged to submit an application. The application deadline is June 15, 2025 for the 2025/2026 academic year.
