Sensory evaluations are scheduled for next Wednesday (15th), Thursday (16th), and Friday (17th) between 10 am to 1 pm in Worrilow 120.
The product to be tested will be one plant-based protein beverage. It will take about 15-20 min to finish.
The first 45 participants for each day session will receive one UDairy Creamery ice cream coupon.
