The American Association of Zoo Keepers is proud to offer the second annual Sponsored Student Diversity Memberships. We recognize that participation in professional organizations to be a potential barrier to accessing career resources. Awardees will receive all the benefits of a student membership of AAZK including opportunities to apply for grant funding, member rates for conference attendance, and subscription to the Animal Keeper’s Forum journal (AAZK Membership levels). This opportunity is open to high school, secondary, college and post-graduate students.
The membership period is for 1 (one) year, starting in August, to align with academic schedules. Deadline to apply is July 1st, 2024. Any questions can be directed to grants@aazk.org.
