Undergraduate Research Assistants
The SLAM Lab usually has openings every semester for new undergraduate RAs. By working in the lab you will have the opportunity to gain first hand experience recruiting participants, interacting with families during data collection, and developing new research projects. Undergraduates are encouraged to be actively involved in the intellectual life of the lab and to participate in weekly lab meetings where we discuss research articles and engage in discussions related to the projects being conducted. Students have the option of participating as volunteers, or to sign up to receive course credit. Lab participation generally requires a minimum GPA of 3.5.
