About Me

Since August 2019, I have been a master’s student at the University of Delaware’s Ocean Exploration, Remote Sensing and Biogeography (ORB) laboratory.  My current degree is in Marine Studies with a focus on oceanography. My thesis is a comparative study and social networks analysis (SNA) of Atlantic sturgeon and sand tiger shark within the Delaware Bay and its surrounding coastline. Additionally, I examine the influence of environmental variables on the listening conditions of passive acoustic telemetry and network generation within dynamic bay environments. This work incorporated biotelemetry data in permuted null models, spectrum analyses, linear models, animal movement analyses, and linear models.
