Background. I am a professor in the Department of Linguistics & Cognitive science and the Department of Philosophy at the University of Delaware. I earned my PhD in philosophy under the supervision of Elliott Sober at the University of Wisconsin Madison.
Research Interests. My research interests lie at the intersection of philosophy of science (both biological and social) and the philosophy of race and gender. I am a Co-PI on the University of Delaware’s NSF ADVANCE Institutionalization grant. This work involves institutional research on the policies, practices, and structures that support faculty diversity, equity and inclusion.
