Buddy Activitiy

One of the important components of the UDNSLIY program is “Buddy Activity.” Twice a week local high school students and/or college students are invited to meet with our students for a rich variety of cross-cultural activities including group discussions focused on various aspects of middle and high school education in China such as goal in life, community service, motivation and self-study, as well as educational games. On July 8, a group of local students participated in this week’s “Buddies Activity” during which they helped UDNSLIY students practice conversational Chinese by organizing cultural activities like rope-jumping games, as well as other sports games.  In doing so, they made friends with each other and get to understand each other’s culture better.
