Abstracts were sought in all areas of physics and physics education. Submission were through the APS abstract submission site. Regular submissions closed on September 16. Post deadline submission closed October 2 at 11:59 PM!Post-deadline submissions were automatically accepted on a first come basis.
Early registration (before Oct. 1) is required from the presenting author to be considered as post-deadline.
Abstract must be submitted online using the Latex or Microsoft Word Submission (RTF) Templates. Abstract should be approximately 1300 characters and follow the APS guidelines.
Oral Presentation Times
Contributed: 10 minutes for presentation, 2 minutes for questions
Invited: 30 minutes for presentation, 6 minutes for questions
Plenary: 50 minutes for presentation, 10 minutes for questions
Special instructions for undergraduate presenters: Please put a note in the “special instructions” box that you are an undergraduate presenter. All undergraduate presenters of oral or poster contributions will automatically be entered into a competition for best undergraduate student presentations.
