Online registration is available through the APS REGISTRATION SITE (https://www.aps.org/memb-sec/meeting/startpage.cfm?event_id=1197) Early registration period will end on Oct 1, 2016. After which time, registration fees will increase.

If you are an undergraduate or graduate student and not yet a member of APS, it may be free to JOIN APS (http://www.aps.org/membership)*. Join before registering for the meeting. Joining APS has many benefits, including a subscription to Physics Today. Be sure to tick the box for the MID-ATLANTIC SECTION! If you are not a member of APS, you may submit an abstract. Abstract submissions will be accepted beginning July 15, 2016.

*Students may be able to join APS for one year free! Note: Students in North America are eligible for a first time free trial membership. It’s not available to those who have already been a member (and/or already used their trial membership).
