Xiaoyan Qian, President of LISA, oversees association activities, plan for programs and support all officers and members. She is pursuing her dual MBA/MS in Information System & Technology Management at UD. She was a graduate assistant with Department of Accounting and MIS and is currently working with Sallie Mae as a strategic analytics intern. Xiaoyan received her BA in Advertising from Fudan University, China and had years of working experience as a CPA before coming back to graduate school. She is actively involved in various student organizations and looks forward to leveraging her passion and experience to engage more international student in Lerner and UD community. Ana, Vice President of Communication Enhancement, is curious about meeting people from different cultures, learning about their experiences and countries or regions of their origin. She believes investing in traveling rather than in luxurious items, because experiences shape and develop personality. Ana is pursuing her MBA degree with a major in Business Analytics. She has 6 years of full-time working experience in fashion retail and in NGO sectors on an international level. Ana is passionate about data, data analytics and visualization. Currently she works as data analytics graduate intern at Christiana Care. Fun fact: the next thing on her the bucket list is to take a sunrise hot air balloon ride over Napa Valley, California. Xinrui Fan is the Vice President of Cultural and Social Adaptation at Lerner International Student Association (L.I.S.A.). She is an international student pursuing her degree in International Business. Xinrui is working on editing and designing the posters for the events at L.I.S.A, she also drafts the activity plan for the association. Xinrui is very good at communicating with other people, and hopes to assist more international students to learn deeper about American culture and adapt to the life in UD. Xintong Du is a Treasurer at Lerner International Student Association (L.I.S.A.), She is a Master student majoring in Accounting. As a board member of L.I.S.A., Xintong enjoys meeting with different people through various events. Her main job at LISA is to manage funding and record carefully.

Hui Zeng is Vice President of Academic Excellence at L.I.S.A. She leads and helps the association members grow their enthusiasm and passion in pursuit of greater academic success. Hui holds Bachelor degrees of Law and Arts. She is currently pursuing her masters degree in science of finance. She believes that her dream will come true after she collects all different types of degrees, so she can work with “man in black” and talk with aliens to know the truth of the universe.
