Mengyu Li, President of LISA (2016-2017), oversees association activities, plan for programs, and support all officers. Mengyu Li is first-year graduate student at University of Delaware, majoring in Information System & Technology Management. She is a Graduate Assistant as Manager/Team Leader for Blue Print 3D Studio. She also assisted Faculty Commons with IT support on Learning Management Systems. Before Master program at UD, she served  as Human Resources Administrative Assistant the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa for one year. She received Honors Bachelor’s Degree from the Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management program at UD in Spring 2014. She had worked and been trained in multiple organizations, including the St. Regis Aspen, Borgata Water Club, Courtyard Marriott at UD, etc.

Neha Samant is the Vice President for LISA (2016-2017). Neha is a graduate student at University of Delaware. She is doing her masters in Information Systems and Technology Management. She has completed her Bachelors in computer engineering from University of Mumbai, India. She also has an experience working as a SAP ABAP Technical consultant for 4 years in India. She has been the Secretary of the Students Council at her college during her under graduation days. Neha was called as a guest lecturer at University of Mumbai to give a lecture on “Global Warming”. Neha currently works as a data analyst with the Professional and Continuing Studies department at University of Delaware.

Liting Ma is the secretary of LISA (2016-2017). Ms. Ma is in charge of marketing and outreach parts for LISA.Liting Ma is a senior graduate student, majoring in MBA and Information System & Technology Management in University of Delaware. Before came to UD, Ms. Ma got her bachelor degree of laws in Fudan University in China in 2008, and joined a consulting firm for three years and then transited career path into a mobile gaming company for another three years. Meanwhile, Ms. Ma is inspired to join some entrepreneurship projects started in UD.

Ning Yang is the Academic Officer of LISA (2016-2017). Ms. Yang focuses on academic needs of Lerner international students and plans for academic programs. Ning Yang is a first year graduate student of University of Delaware (UD), pursuing a master’s degree in Accounting. Before studying in UD, Ms. Yang got her bachelor’s degree of financial management in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in China. And then, she worked in Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP Shanghai Branch for a year and a half. During work, she passed the Chinese Certified Public Accountant examination in 2014. In addition, Ms. Yang is active in voluntary service programs and served in Newark Free Library as a volunteer.

Xiaotian is now a first year graduate student in Accounting at the University of Delaware. He comes from China and gets his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Qingdao University China. After graduate, he worked as a staff accountant in the Beijing Dadi Certificated Public Accountants, LLP, for one year.

Ms. Fan is the Career Officer of Lerner International Student Association (2016-2017). She served as Assistant Program Coordinator at the Confucius Institute at the University of Delaware and taught Chinese at Delaware Academy of Public Safety and Security and Chinese School of Delaware from 2012 to 2015. She also coordinated US State Department’s National Security Language Initiative for Youth in 2014 and 2015 and achieved Outstanding Teaching Award. Ms. Fan is currently a graduate student in master program of accounting at University of Delaware. She is an alumni of Virginia Commonwealth University (MS in Sociology) and Xiamen University, China (BA in Journalism).
