There will be an outage of the campus I.P (Data) Network, due to the upgrade of network electronics Thursday, May 16, 2019, between the hours of 7:30am-8:00am. IP network will be unavailable for about 5 minutes during this time at the following buildings on campus:
Caesar Rodney Dining Hall
Caesar Rodney Commons
Caesar Rodney Residence Hall A
Caesar Rodney Residence Hall B
Caesar Rodney Residence Hall C
There will be no IP data network connectivity for normal Emergency Telephone/Voice Services, Fire Alarms, Security Alarms, Video Surveillance Cameras and all Facilities owned system including BAS Metering, Smart Lighting, etc.
DURING THE SCHEDULED NETWORK OUTAGE, THE BUILDING FIRE ALARM AND INTRUSION ALARM MONITORING WILL NOT BE OPERATIONAL. PLEASE REPORT ALL FIRE ALARM AND INTRUSION ALARM ACTIVATIONS TO UDPD AT 302-831-2222 BY WAY OF A CELL PHONE IF POSSIBLE.
