Hi! I’m Mahita Cheruba Raja, a Business Analyst with 1.5 years of professional experience. I’m incredibly passionate about contributing to the BAIM Graduate Student Association in my role as Vice President. My goal is to make the GSA not just a committee, but a vibrant student support portal—a space where ideas are heard, connections are built, and every student feels at home.

Outside of academics and analytics, I’m a badminton and sports enthusiast, a curious explorer of new places, and someone who’s always up for a good chat. Whether it’s brainstorming event ideas or grabbing a coffee to talk about life, I’m here for it all.

Hi, I’m Ziaur, the Head of Marketing for the BAIM GSA and a BAIM master’s student at UD. I’m a marketing-major turned analytics student who likes turning scattered details into clear, useful communication. Last semester I designed and coordinated the posters and promos for our events (Meet & Greet, Coffee Hour, and more) so students always knew what was happening and how to join.

This year I’m focused on consistent calendars, clean event branding, and short updates that respect your time. I’ll be working closely with the social and events teams to keep information accurate, on time, and easy to act on.

Hi, I’m Navin — a master’s student in Business Analytics and Information Management at the University of Delaware. I have a background in software development and IoT-based system integration, and I enjoy using technology to solve real-world problems and improve how things work.

As the Social Media Manager for the BAIM GSA, I work with the marketing team to plan and manage our content on social media. My goal is to help more students stay connected with what’s going on, increase engagement, and make sure our posts reach and resonate with the BAIM community.

I’m excited to be part of this team and look forward to contributing by combining my tech skills with creative communication.

Hello! My name is Megan Secoy, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Information Management at the University of Delaware through the 4+1 program. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Spring 2025, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Educational Studies.

I’m excited to serve on the executive board of the BAIM Graduate Student Association as a Digital Content Specialist, where I can apply my marketing background to support communications and engagement within our graduate community.

A lifelong Delawarean, I enjoy spending my summers at the Delaware beaches, where I’ve always felt most at home. In my free time, I enjoy journaling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

I can’t wait to see where this executive team takes BAIM GSA this upcoming academic year and am thrilled to be a contributing member to this community!

Hi, I am Saugat- originally from Nepal, with a professional background in consulting and several years of study and work experience in New Delhi, India. I am excited to serve as the Event Coordinator for BAIM GSA, where I aim to create meaningful, engaging spaces for BAIM graduate students to connect, collaborate, and unwind. Outside of work and academics, you will usually find me diving into a good drama thriller movie, listening to rock music, or socializing. I love meeting new people and sharing ideas.

Hi, I am Lucy Muriithi, a second-year master’s student in Business Analytics and Information Management at the University of Delaware. I previously served as the Events Coordinator for the BAIM GSA, where I enjoyed helping organize events that brought students together and created space for connection and growth. In my current role as Event Operations Specialist, I support the planning and execution of GSA activities with a focus on organization, inclusivity, and impact. With a background in IT and research, and skills in tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI, I enjoy combining creativity with data-driven thinking to help make every event meaningful.
