| Andre’ N. McMillan, CPA, MBA, MS | Senior Director, Chief Audit Executive | Andre’ N. McMillan serves as the Senior Director of Internal Audit, where he leads his team in providing risk-based assurance and advisory services. Andre’ has 20 years of auditing and accounting experience, including four years in public accounting with Baker Tilly. Prior to joining the University of Delaware, Andre’ worked as a Grant Manager for the Reinvestment Fund. Andre’ earned his Master of Science in Business Analytics and Information Management from the University of Delaware, and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Radford University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Andre’ currently serves as an ACUA Board member and participates in the ACUA mentoring program. He has been active in volunteering in various capacities including proctoring, track coordinating, participating in Marketing Taskforce, and has presented at virtual webinars and AuditCon. |
| Louise Welch, CISA | Director of IT Audit | Louise is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and joined the UD Internal Audit team in late summer 2023. She graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a BA in Psychology and has a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Clinical Informatics from Johns Hopkins University. She has worked in higher education in both Internal Audit and in IT for over 25 years. She lives in Baltimore, and enjoys reading, sewing and spending time volunteering at animal shelters when not working. |
| Ryan Siddons, CIA | Senior Internal Auditor | Ryan is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) who joined UD’s Internal Audit team back in 2021, having previously worked as an internal auditor for 15+ years in both public and private sectors. Ryan currently serves on a volunteer position for ACUA, the professional association for college and university auditors. Ryan graduated from Temple University with a BA in Accounting and resides in Newtown Square, PA with his wife and their four children. When not working, Ryan is actively coaching his kids’ various sports teams. |
| Cate Haines, CPA | Senior Internal Auditor | Cate is a Certified Public Accountant who joined UD’s Internal Audit team in March 2021. Before UD, Cate previously worked in the Finance and Business Services Office at College of New Jersey as the Assistant Director of Financial Reporting and as an Auditor for the public accounting firm KPMG. Cate graduated from Rider University with a BA in Finance and Accounting. When not working, Cate enjoys spin classes and exploring the mountains with her family and pup! |
| Kim Wolf, CPA | Internal Auditor II | Kim is a Certified Public Accountant who joined UD’s Internal Audit team in the summer of 2022, having previously worked as an accountant within the public sector for 19 years. Kim graduated from Goldey-Beacom College with a BA in Accounting and resides in Middletown, DE with her husband and their two children. When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and loves to watch her kids play sports. |
