Administered by the DNREC Division of Climate, Coastal, and Energy (DCCE), the Energy Efficiency Investment Fund (EEIF) is a rebate program that provides financial assistance to Delaware non-residential entities seeking to replace aging, inefficient equipment with energy efficient alternatives.
Eligible applicants include all Delaware non-residential entities (e.g. commercial, industrial, non-profit, etc.) that pay the Public Utility Tax (PUT) on their monthly gas or electric utility bills.
Rebates are available to perform energy assessments, to make general energy improvements, and to implement custom, site-specific improvements for either new or existing buildings.
