The UD Partnership for Healthy Communities, in collaboration with the Delaware Academy of Medicine/Delaware Public Health Association, prepared the 2019 Delaware State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) Annual Report, launched a revised Delaware SHIP website, and hosted a statewide stakeholder meeting on October 23, 2019 for the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health.
