The vision of Healthcare Theatre is to become a University of Delaware and community leader in the areas of interpersonal communications training through development and execution of innovative education experiences that support the learning initiatives and vision of all internal and external partners involved.

- To train Simulated Participants following ASPE Standards of Best Practice
- To deliver quality simulated education experiences
- To enhance the communication skills of all Healthcare Theatre participants
- To deliver, model, and teach excellence in Simulated Participant Methodology within the simulation community.
